Bond, Blu-ray Bond – This Year?

Will the other 007’s join Daniel Craig this year with a HD licence to thrill? To this moment Craig has stood out clearer than the rest with the BluRay version of Casino Royale.

Its only a matter of time before the prior 007s get to strut their HD versions. And that time may be this year.

A French web site has posted news about the impending release of 6 Bond films on Blu-ray this November. Historically French and U.S. releases by Fox/MGM have been timed to occur simultaneously.

Exciting news for Bond fans but this announcement should be taken as stirred and not shaken until official confirmation is made by Fox and MGM.

The buzz on the release date for the remaining Bond films at the moment points to tying in with the next Bond film – A Quantum of Solace next year. Sometime in the early half of 2009 is the best bet right now.
