Just in time for that other guy hitting theaters, Fox is going to release the one and many would say ONLY Batman: The Movie onto Blu-Ray for it’s first Hi-Def release. To get the Bat-details, go down the bat-poles
The disc will drop on July 1st (Canada Day) with an SRP of $39.98 and come in two configurations, the single disc full of extras you can read below, and limited to 5000 a $59.98 SRP package that includes a Hot Wheels 1:18th (roughly a foot long) Die-Cast Batmobile. A pretty good deal since usually scale cars that size run $30 and up.

DVD Special Features:

The Batman: The Movie Special Edition Blu-Ray Disc is presented in widescreen with English 5.1 DTS HD Lossless Audio, English and French Mono and includes English, French and Spanish subtitles. Bonus features include:
