More Details on the upcoming SOUTH PARK Season 1 set…
Each episode will be presented in fullscreen with 2.0 Dolby surround stereo as well as an introduction and commentary track by Trey and Matt. Promo spots for all of the episodes will be included as well as the Christmas videos and a Tonight Show clip featuring Jay Leno in South Park. The first season set will be released November 12th.

The now-classic (and soon to be remade) Micheal Caine heist flick THE ITALIAN JOB, will finally see the light of day on DVD on November 5, with producer and writer commentaries, 3 featurettes and a deleted scene!!

Also on November 5, Paramount Home Video will release ROMAN HOLIDAY, featuring two featurettes, a look at restoration techniques and trailers. Paramount will also release two Cary Grant films – Hitch*censored*’s TO CATCH A THIEF, featuring two do*censored*entaries, and HOUSEBOAT with stills and a trailer.

On October 22, be ready for the foreign smash Y TU MAMA TAMBIEN. Alfonso Cauron’s art-house hit will receive two releases – a bare-bones R-rated version (to sate antsy video rental outfits that start with a capital B and enforce their Big-Brother-esque censorship on a clueless clientele), and an unrated version that will feature a commentary track with the cast, deleted scenes, a featurette and a short film.

John Woo’s WW2 flick WINDTALKERS will be released October 15, with a very light package. It will feature both an Anamorphic Widescreen and a Fullscreen transfer with 5.1 Dolby Digital audio, but the only extra will be the theatrical trailer.

A&E Home Video will release a full package of their popular HORATIO HORNBLOWER series on September 24th. HORATIO HORNBLOWER: THE COMPLETE ADVENTURES will feature all six Hornblower filmsin their original fullframe aspect ratio with stereo sound. Also included will be a do*censored*entary on the making of Horatio Hornblower, a biography of author C.S.Forester, a guide to English warships and a 3-D interactive Naval Cannon.
