‘Commando’ Will Be Back… in a Remake

Hollywood continues to tread in the remake waters with the news that those folks over at 20th Century Fox are planning to remake, or even possibly reinvent an 80’s action staple… Commando. Although, I thought they already did this with The Marine in 2006.

‘Jonah Hex’ gets a Trailer and a Poster

The trailer for the upcoming comic book adaptation of the DC comic Jonah Hex has hit the web. It looks alright, but I’m hoping that it’s a better movie than Ghost Rider, which this trailer reminds me of.

Mighty Mjöllnir, It’s THOR

Paramount Pictures has released the first photo of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, and it’s more of a tease than anything. We do get see small sampling of his outfit, no hammer, and a partial face view. Check it out for yourself.

It seems that the superhero film genre is ripe with fresh droppings these days. Interactive ‘Iron Man 2’ Trailer Flies Online

Iron Man 2 will grace big screens in North America on May 7th (seems so far away) with Tony Stark and James Rhodes taking on some major baddies. Well, the UK website for Iron Man 2 has released a pretty awesome interactive trailer for all you metal heads to enjoy.

‘Masters of the Universe’ Lives Again

Back in 2008 there was some action on the Masters of the Universe property with Warner Bros. and Joel Silver being involved. Then came an extremely positive review of the Justin Marks script titled GRAYSKULL. El Mayimbe raved about the script calling it a ‘masterpiece’.

Official ‘Robin Hood’ Website Launches

There is little over a month before we see how Ridley Scott and Russell Crowe have interpreted the legend of Robin Hood with the new feature film. Having seen a few of the trailers for the film it looks as though Scott may have hit the nail on the head once again.
